I decided to limit the above topic to youths because it mainly concerns us, and we are the generation of today, a lot of issues arising today needs our urgent attention. Before I go on, I want to remind us that God is in the business of building the best
and most sort after youths even from the Bible days
1. You have an eternal assurance of a beautiful home to retire to. You all will agree with me that deep down somewhere, there is a knowledge that all this fun we think and believe we are having will only lead us to a place of damnation.
2. You have an everlasting source of ideas and you do not depend on the mentality of men, rather of God. You are innovative and creative, your mind is sharp and alert, imagine what will happen if you as a youth decides now, becomes ready to be a God class youth and heaven drops a multi million dollar idea on you. It sounds almost impossible, you might say all that can only happen in abroad. It seems so normal when we hear that a 10 year old abroad has become very famous for developing lets say a software, we give so many excuses as to why he could do it. Truth be told more ideas and better could be dropped on you.
3. A God class youth does not deal with the economy of the world, he/she banks on the economy of Heaven(Philippians 4:19). It becomes difficult to see your self being financially dormant or being broke as we term it. It does not only mean money comes at will, God also drops ideas that will make you a financial Pilar. You become creative and innovative towards money making skills. You begin to proper in what ever financial endeavour you embark on. (Ephesians 3:20)
4. A God class youth stands out amongst others(Deut 28:13). You may not be the best qualified, you may not have the most sophisticated attires at that time, but there is just something about you. Even you can testify that you are the least deserving, but it comes to you. That's one very interesting aspect.
5. You do not struggle to excel in academics or other areas , once God is in charge, you are automatically a success and what takes people so much effort to achieve, takes you less (Psalm 119:99). Now that does not mean you should be lazy. Others may say it takes them 10 hours for instance, but it takes you 5. Imagine then what exploits you will do it you take 10 hours.
6. A God class youth is classy within and without(Psalm 139:14). You don't have to have the latest of fashion, you do not have to excuse body, you do not have to have the finest of gadgets, but when you appear, the God in you gives you so much confidence and charisma that even some wearing an attire worth thousands pauses to look at you.
7. You never stop to wow people. (Psalm 37:29-30). You are not slack with ideas and skills. You become a recommended commodity. You flow with ideas and people begin to look for you.
8. Because you carry Christ and you have his qualities, you remain so humble and respectful. You become the talk of parents around you. You are not puffed off, because you know who you are.
9. You have constant happiness, people begin to imagine if you ever have problems. You enjoy so much peace in all you do. You have constant communing with the Holy Spirit. He becomes your best pal. You are not moved by circumstances and situations because you know who you carry. You view situations as temporary and treat them as such.
10. You find it difficult to make mistakes others have made and are making. You are just on the best of all that is around you.
There are so much more. It only takes you one bold step to become a God class youth,and even those who think they are classy will ask you how do you manage to capture people when you come out. The best answer will be " because I am a God class youth".
It only takes you accepting the so good to be true gospel(John 3:16). Its so good that you begin to doubt if it is true, you operate in realms you never imagined and are have the mentality of being above,because you are now seated with Christ above all (John 3:31). And it is even more better if you constantly communicate and get to know more about you and this new "classy you in Christ", by studying the word of God (the Bible).
I tell you, the youthful age will be more fun if only we take the right decisions. The infatuations and the lusts, the wanting to be like every one else and the desire to experience life brings us so much more pain than being a God class youth. Every thing will end here, all the distractions will one day end, the love that you so feel is going to drive you crazy will drawn you and lower your self esteem because you will feel so hurt and destabilized. The sex and fornication which seems to be the in thing now will only cause you to experience consequences which you may not be able to bear in the future coming.
Sex is good only in the context of marriage because God ordained it so. The urges will come, but God did not use the word resist or abstain, he used the word "FLEE" because confidence in the flesh will fail.
There is just so much that will come and pass and leave scars and rub us of our happiness,love, joy , finances, make us wallow and waste our talent, distract us and at the end leave us to bear the consequences alone, but in God you have an assurance of a present help even in trouble(Hebrews 13:5),and as a God class youth, the case becomes different.
What more can I say, as many that have decided to join the God class Youth today, I whole hearted-ly welcome you. Believe me you are in for a great relationship with God.
Lets show the world how it is to truly be "Classy".
